Sherri L. Ballard Keith, 42, of Mansfield, died Thursday, November 30, 2006. Born July 13, 1964 in Mansfield, she was the daughter of Jennings Ray and Patricia Martin Ballard. She worked as a home health care provider for the Visiting Nurses Association for the past two years. Sherri was a member of Community Baptist Bible Church. Her family was very important to her and she loved spending time with her grandson. Sherri also enjoyed taking care of her pets and the outdoors.
She is survived by two daughters, Desiree A. Keith, and Shannon M. Keith, both of Mansfield; one grandson, Gabriel Ray Keith of Mansfield; soul mate, Thad Cetinich of Mansfield; one brother and sister-in-law, Jennings Butch and Sherry Ballard of Ontario; and two nieces, Ashley and Abbey Ballard, both of Ontario. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Private services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association. The Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors assisted the family with arrangements.
