Susan Vance, 57, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2011 at her home. Born April 13, 1954 in Colorado Springs, Colorado, she is the daughter of Demetra Phillips and Glenn W. Gillespie, Jr. Susan was a very active member of Linden Rd. Presbyterian Church. She was employed as a pharmacy technician with Discount Drug Mart. Susan received great enjoyment from spending time with her family, especially her two grandchildren. She was also an avid gardener and Cleveland Indians fan.
Susan is survived by her mother, Demetra Gillespie of Mansfield; two daughters, Jennifer Scott Slind of Colorado and Jessica Ebeling of Mansfield; two grandchildren, Jaxon and Chloe Ebeling; and a brother, Chris Gillespie of Mansfield. She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Glenn W. Gillespie III.
