Vicki was born on July 30, 1953, in Mansfield, Ohio, the daughter to Marvin and Mildred (Smith) Sloan. She was a lifelong resident of Mansfield, Ohio, where she dedicated 10 years of service as a bus driver for Mansfield City Schools. Vicki loved the children she transported and took pride in keeping them safe each day.
A life member of the VFW, Vicki held a deep respect for veterans and was actively involved in supporting their causes. Her true passion, however, was her family. She always put her loved ones first and cherished every moment spent together — from simple visits to large family gatherings filled with laughter and love.
Vicki is survived by her daughter, Sherri (Keith) Craft of Bowling Green, KY; her grandchildren; Chelsea Craft of Bowling Green, KY and Jared Craft of Mansfield, OH; her siblings, Charles and Michael Sloan and Deborah Smith; and other cherished family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her beloved husband, Montford West.
She will be laid to rest at Mansfield Cemetery. Wappner Funeral Directors-Mansfield is honored to serve the family.
