Zelda G. Hawk, 90, of Mansfield, died Friday evening, January 13, 2015 at her residence. Born May 30, 1924 in Webster County, West Virginia, she was the daughter of William Tazwell and Estella (Blake) Fisher.
She was a longtime beautician of 50 years last working at Manchester Beauty Salon.
Zelda is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, John K. Hawk; six brothers and six sisters.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond Street, Mansfield conducted by Rev. Christopher R. Thomas. Friends may call one hour prior to the service, from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m., at the funeral home on Wednesday.
