Elmer Oliver Justus Girvin, age 86, passed away March 29, 2021. He was born July 31, 1934 in Round Rock, Texas. Oliver's passions revolved around his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, his church, and his loving family. Oliver was a compassionate man in all areas of his life. He was thoughtful and thankful to all. Oliver was a devoted husband, loving father, adoring grandfather, and a good friend. Oliver is preceded in death by his parents Elmer and Lillian Girvin, niece Gina Malin, and his wife of over 50 years, Madalyn Girvin.

Oliver is survived by his daughters Tammy Pons and Terry Rohrer, granddaughters Michele Brockman (husband John), Almanda Armstrong (husband Billy), Hilary Neufeld (husband Erik), grandsons Casey Jeter (wife Gillian), Derek Rohrer (wife Lauren), Kent Rohrer (wife Shya), great grandchildren Britnee and Baleigh Brockman, Waylon and Willow Jeter, William, Samuel and Anna Armstrong, Emily, Claire and Avery Rohrer, sister Louise Queen, and nephew Ken Malin (wife Belinda).

Graveside service will be held at Palm Valley Lutheran Church Cemetery in Round Rock, Texas, Tuesday April 6, at 10 AM. Visitation with the family will be held at Clements Wilcox Funeral Home at 1805 Highway 281 North in Marble Falls, Monday, April 5, 2021, from 5 - 7 PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Palm Valley Lutheran Church, Round Rock, Texas.
