Roger Boling

He was an optician for the State Hospital and State School for 40 years. Roger was a member of several bass clubs and was an avid fisherman and hunter.

Survivors include his wife Jerral Elaine Boling , sons James Matthew Boling (Hilda) of Spicewood and Roger Dale Boling of Austin, step-son Timothy Wayne Moon (Kem) of Manor , step-daughter Pamela Renee Rice (Charles) of Round Rock, 14 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and brothers Roy Lee Boling of Austin and Eugene Snyder of Germany.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Spencer & Viola Boling, his parents and step-son Robert Moon.

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 27, 2011 from 6:00 PM –8:00 PM at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home. Graveside service will be Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Ridgeway Cemetery in Paige, Texas. Pallbearers are Dale Boling, James Boling, Randy Grounds, Dell Read, Earl Loggin, Ken Everitt and Lino Gutierrez. Honorary pallbearers are all his fishing buddies.
