Beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, passed away peacefully at his home on March 11, 2022 at 90 years old, in Marco Island FL. He was surrounded by his loving wife of 70 years, and his children.
Ignac was born on Gornja Bistrica, Slovenia on Dec 28, 1931. He came to America in 1953 for a better life for him and his wife.
That long life was spent mostly in Lemont, IL where they raised their 4 children, Mary, Rose(David) Prasek, John (Tina) Glavac and Joan (Roger) Wroblewski.
He is survived by his Wife, Marija of 70 years and 4 Children: Mary, Rose, John, and Joan. Grandchildren Ryan (Rachel), Scott (Nick), Katelyn, Kristen (Enrique), Keri (TJ), Alexis, Olivia, and Isabella.
He also is survived by 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, March 14 at 11am at San Marco Catholic Church in Marco Island, FL.
