Abbie Margaret Medicus

Born in Tuskeegee, Alabama she was the first born child of Wm. Arthur and Pearle W. Clements. She graduated from Judson College with a degree in Theater. She worked at Riches in Atlanta in the credit department while attending evening classes at the Woodrow Wilson School of Law. She obtained her Masters Degree in Mass Media from West Georgia College while raising three children and working for Cobb County Schools as a Librarian first at Pebblebrook High then South Cobb High and then North Cobb High.

She was a member of First Methodist Church Atlanta Ga. Margaret was a cat and American Saddlebred lover. She was an avid volunteer at Good Mews cat rescue in Marietta, GA. A board member of Pro-Am Horse Show and Southeastern Horse Show. She was strong willed, outspoken, and caring.

Margaret is survived by her children William, Karen and John Medicus. Grandchildren Abbie, and Sarah Medicus. She was predeceased by her husband Bill Medicus. Sisters, Amelia Henderson, and June Adams

The graveside service will be held on Thursday May 14, 2020 at 1pm Georgia Memorial Park, Marietta Ga.
