

Barbara Ann Maske, age 88, passed away peacefully on March 1, 2026. Born on March 28, 1937, to the late Charles and Helen Leach, Barbara lived a life defined by devotion to her family, quiet strength, and enduring love.
Barbara graduated from Roosevelt High School in Wyandotte, Michigan. She went on to build a dedicated career, serving as an administrative assistant with Sosebee AC, Contel, and Georgia Telco. Her strong work ethic and reliability left a lasting impression on colleagues and friends alike.
Above all else, Barbara treasured her family. She was a loving and devoted wife to her husband of 67 years, Alexander Maske. Together they built a beautiful life centered on faith, commitment, and love. She was a proud and caring mother to Scott (Gina), Craig (Terri), and Leslie (Jon Grizzle).
Her greatest joy was being a grandmother to her five beloved grandchildren: Michael, Brandon, Lauren, Lillie, and Cal. She cherished every moment spent with them, creating memories that will be treasured forever.
In her spare time, Barbara enjoyed playing pinochle with good friends, sharing laughter and fellowship, and surrounding herself with those she loved. Her warmth, kindness, and steady presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Helen Leach. She is survived by her beloved husband, her three children and their spouses, her five grandchildren, and many extended family members and dear friends.
