Caroline Lassiter Rich was born in 1950 to Caroline and Clyde Lassiter in Charlotte, NC. She was a graduate of the class of 1968 from Cross Keys High School in Atlanta. Caroline later obtained her Bachelors in Communications from Kennesaw State University in 1990 at the age of 40.
Caroline enjoyed working as the office manager for ReMax of Greater Atlanta for over 20 years. Recently she enjoyed working as a manager for Miracle Ear, where she enjoyed working with the elderly. Throughout her career, Caroline made many life long and beloved friends.
Caroline loved music and passed it on to her children Caroline and Molly. She purchased and refurbished a vintage camper and she enjoyed many camping trips with her girls and 4 grandchildren. Caroline loved to garden and decorate her home with beautiful antiques.
Being a Mother and Grandmother was most important in her life. The joy Caroline experienced with her grandchildren, Lily, Amelia, Will and Henry, was evident. Caroline was also a dedicated and strong single mother who was doting and loving. Her girls and grandchildren were her life.
Caroline passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her family. She will forever be loved and missed by family and friends.
Caroline was predeceased by her Mother Caroline L. Talen. She is survived by her daughter Caroline Barwick, husband Billy and their two daughters Lily Caroline and Amelia Claire. Also, daughter Molly Ball her husband Rob and their boys William Joseph and Henry Lassiter. She is also survived by her step-father William C. Talen.
Visitation will be held at H.M. Patterson & Son-Canton Hill Chapel, 1157 Old Canton Rd, Marietta Georgia 30068 on Wednesday, May 10th from 5:00-8:00pm.
