Donald Allen Pittman, age 47, of Hiram, Georgia, passed away May 5, 2016. Donald was born in Anchorage, Alaska, but moved around a lot as a child because his father was in the Air Force. Eventually he settled in Georgia and was able to call the Peach State his home. He was an avid T.V. watcher, and he loved his cats.
As a truck driver, Donald's dream was to own his own truck and be an owner/operator. He had a passion for truck driving and loved his job working for Estes, truck driving.
Donald is survived by his son, Donny Pittman, and his father, Charles Pittman.
A committal service will be held Wednesday, May 18, 2016, 11 AM, at Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home in Marietta.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: First Baptist Church of Powder Springs, where Donald was a member.
Georgia Memorial Park and Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
