Mrs. Frances Howard Patterson, 85 of Smyrna passed away Saturday, July 12, 2014. Mrs. Patterson was a longtime member of Woodlawn Presbyterian Church. She loved her family and enjoyed caring for them. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held on Monday, July 14, 2014 at 11:00 am at Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home with Dr. Jack Kelly officiating. Inurnment will follow in Georgia Memorial Park immediately following the service. The family will welcome guest one hour prior to the service on Monday at the funeral home. Frances is survived by her husband of 46 years, Charles “Tubby” Patterson of Smyrna; two daughters, Debra Watson of Dallas, GA and Terry Borberg of Canton, GA; two sisters, Toni Hanson on Buchannan, GA and Joyce Pace of Temple, GA; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
