

Jacques Jeannot was born on February 23, 1972, in Stamford, Connecticut, to Barnabe and Claire Jeannot. He was raised alongside his two siblings, Baudelaire (Beau) and Anne Jeannot. In 1980, the family relocated to Miami, Florida, seeking new opportunities and a change in lifestyle.
Jacques attended Hialeah-Miami Lakes Senior High School, where he distinguished himself academically and graduated in 1990. He went on to pursue higher education at Florida State University, earning a degree in Electrical Engineering.
Driven by a strong determination to succeed, Jacques relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, in pursuit of greater career opportunities. He began his professional career in his field of study at Lockheed Martin, where he worked as an Electrical Engineer. Building on this foundation, Jacques transitioned into the telecommunications industry, taking on roles as a Network Engineer with Ericsson and later advancing his career at AT&T.
In 2000, Jacques met Sheena, and the two formed a meaningful connection that led to their marriage in May 2002. Their family grew in 2005 with the birth of their son, Donavon, bringing them immense joy and fulfillment.
Although Jacques enjoyed a successful career in engineering, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to pursue broader aspirations. With a strong sense of purpose and faith, he partnered with Ricky and Alonzo Hill to venture into the restaurant industry, marking the beginning of a new chapter in his professional journey. On April 7, 2007, Jacques, along with his business partners Ricky and Alonzo Hill, successfully launched R’Jabs Wings in Mableton, Georgia. The restaurant quickly gained popularity, leading to the opening of a second location in Austell, Georgia, several years later. Their entrepreneurial venture became a testament to Jacques’s vision, dedication, and commitment to excellence.
Jacques was widely regarded as a man of integrity and character, whose kindness and generosity left a lasting impact on the lives of many. Jacques was known for his infectious laughter and his remarkable gift for storytelling. He had a unique ability to share a story for nearly every situation, captivating those around him with humor, insight, and warmth.
There are three words to describe Jacques FAITH, LOVE, and FAMILY. He will be truly missed by many.
