Mr. James “Jimmy” J. Collins, 77 of Marietta, GA passed away April 8, 2013. Born in Jamaica Long Island, NY to the late Jim and Mae Collins on August 9, 1935, Jimmy graduated from Hofstra University in New York. Jimmy enjoyed volunteering with hospices, exercise, traveling, classical music and old movies. He had a passion for life and always had a positive attitude. He leaves behind his wife, Sharon O’Brien Collins, many devoted nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and his special great-great-nephews, Matthew and Tyler Navarro. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, April 12, 2013 at 2:00pm at the Catholic Church of St. Ann. Interment will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery, Roswell.
