Born in Kantharia, Gujarat, India, Mr. Patel spent much of his life in Ahmedabad before immigrating to the United States in 1998. Known for his kindness, generosity, and joyful spirit, he cherished spending time with family and friends and never missed sending a birthday card to his loved ones each year—a tradition that reflected his thoughtfulness and love for connection.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Devyani Patel; his beloved children, Rachana Shah and Keyur Patel; and his four cherished grandchildren, Pranjali Shah (16), Kabir Patel (11), Raagi Shah (10), and Leela Patel (8).
Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance on Friday, November 14, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at H.M. Patterson & Son – Canton Hill Chapel.
Mr. Patel will be remembered for his warmth, his unwavering love for his family, and the countless lives he touched with his gentle smile and generous heart.
