Joseph Thomas Fleming

Joseph Thomas Fleming, age 70, of Marietta, Georgia, passed away on May 18, 2025. Born in 1954 to the late Grace Ferreri and James Fleming, Joseph graduated from Teterboro School of Aeronautics with an Airframe and Power Plant License. He retired from Delta Airlines after a distinguished career in aviation.

Joseph is survived by his wife, Joanne; daughter, Andrea Kjorlaug (Clark) of Decatur; grandson, Jensen Kjorlaug; sisters, Kathy O’Brien of Long Island, NY, Joan Scott-Monck of Bethel, CT, Christine Crimmins-Mindicino of Cornwall, NY, Mary Fleming of Hillsboro, OR, and Susan Citarella of Mahopac, NY; aunt, Sr. Marian Francis, CSJB, of Purchase, NY. He is preceded in death by his son, 1st Lieutenant Scott Joseph Fleming.

The family will receive guests on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at H.M. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, Canton Hill Chapel, located at 1157 Old Canton Road, Marietta, GA between the hours of 3:00-5:00pm.
