Ronald Mitchell Neese

Ronald Mitchell Neese, 68, of Jasper, GA, passed away on October 28, 2015. Mr. Neese was a long time resident of Marietta, GA and had a long career with Delta airlines from where he retired. He attended Therrell High School and graduated in 1965 before attending Auburn University for two years where he majored in Aerospace Engineering. He then spent four year in the Airforce at Tinkers AFB in Oklahoma City, OK. His final tour was at Incirlik AFB in Adana, Turkey. Once his final tour was over, he finished his degree at Georgia State University where he received a degree in Business Management and Computer Science. He graduated in the top 5% of his class. Mr. Neese enjoyed golf, woodworking, was an avid animal lover, especially dogs. He is survived by his wife, Judith Collins Neese; father, Elbert Mitchell Neese; brother, Stan Neese (Brenda). He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Jackson Neese. A visitation is scheduled for Mr. Neese on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 from 4pm – 7pm and a service on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at 11:00am, both at H M Patterson and Son Canton Hill, 1157 Old Canton Rd., Marietta, GA 30068. In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to PARS (Pickens Animal Rescue) or Atlanta Humane Society.
