Thomas L. Billig

Thomas Lee Billig, age 74, of Marietta, Georgia passed away on Monday, March 13, 2023; he was born in Pennsylvania on June 29,1948 to the late George Elmer Billig and Mazie Adams Billig and preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Jackson Billig who passed away on January 11, 2021. He is survived by his son, Ryan Thomas Billig of Marietta, GA; daughter, Amanda Angermeier of Sharon, PA and also survived by nieces and nephews. He enjoyed bowling, was a dedicated baseball coach and he and his wife, Joyce was very supportive of the Basketball program at Alan C. Pope High school, running the hospitality room for local and state tournaments , as well as cheering on Ryan as he played. Thomas Lee Billig worked as a technician with the county community services department's Park and Recreation division. Family and friends are cordially invited to a visitation which will be held from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at H.M. Patterson & Son-Canton Hill Chapel, Thursday, March 16, 2023, followed by a graveside service at 3:00 PM at Arlington Memorial Park, 201 Mt Vernon Hwy NW, Sandy Springs, GA 30328. H.M.
