She was born November 4, 1933 in McDowell County, NC to the late L.D. Atkins and Mae Curtis Atkins. Mrs. Seagle was a member of East Marion Methodist Church and the former owner/operator of Rocky Pass Assisted Living Inc..
In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her grandson, Jason Blanton; one great-granddaughter, Olivia Elliott; and a brother.
Surviving Mrs. Seagle are her husband of 61 years, Clifford Seagle of the home; one daughter, Chris Blanton and husband, Whit of Marion; one granddaughter, Melissa Elliott and husband, Michael of Marion; and one great-granddaughter, Audrey Elliott of Marion.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
