Richard William Stevens

Richard William Stevens, 64, of Nebo, died Saturday, June 4, 2011 at his residence. Born on April 24, 1947 in St. Lawrence County, NY, he was the son of June Marie Pierce Stevens and the late Howard John “Chuck” Stevens.

Mr. Stevens served in the Unites States Army. He was a hard working individual who always provided for his family.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Douglas Stevens. He is survived by his wife, Roxanne Robbins Stevens; sons, Richard William Stevens, II and his wife, Amy of Black Mountain and Mike Stevens of Arizona; daughters, Randee Stevens and Robin Stevens, both of Colorado; seven grandchildren; his mother, June Marie Pierce Stevens of NY; and brothers, John Stevens and his wife, Carol of Potsdam, NY and Edward Stevens and Karen of Potsdam, NY.

At the request of the family, no services will be held.
