Milward L. Miller

Milward L. Miller, 85, of Fort Wayne passed into his loving Father’s arms on Saturday, September 11, 2021, at Lutheran Hospital. A retired dairy farmer, Milward spent his free time building wooden models, designing toys, enjoying his family and friends, eating Jack’s Donuts and traveling to Florida. He was a member of the Markle Church of Christ and JOY Class. Milward was born on August 11, 1936, in Markle, the son of the late Pearl H. and Dorthy A. (Overholt) Miller. He was united in marriage to Carol Raher on February 16, 1958, in Markle. They were married for 63 years. Carol survives. Additional survivors include son Roger (Barbara) Miller of Fort Wayne; daughter Robin (Jim) Seay of Fort Wayne; grandchildren Ryan (Amanda) Miller, Sara (Joseph) Snellenberger and Drew (Kacy) Miller; great grandchildren: Cyan, Jonah, Dean and Flynn Miller and baby Snellenberger on the way; and brother James (Lana) Miller of Bluffton. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 17, 2021, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at Markle Church of Christ, 455 E. Morse Street, Markle, Indiana. Funeral service following visitation at 3:00 pm. We will be following the CDC’s and Indiana’s guidelines. Interment will be at the Horeb Cemetery.
