

Catalino nació el 30 de abril de 1937 en Tejupilco, Estado de México, México, hijo de Pedro Osorio y Mercedes Mondragón Velázquez. El 6 de abril de 2026, fue llamado al descanso eterno, dejando un legado de fortaleza, amor y perseverancia.
En 1972, Catalino emigró a los Estados Unidos en busca de un mejor futuro para su familia. Vivió en Marlin, Texas de 1976 a 1990, posteriormente en Waco, Texas de 1990 a 2002, y regresó a Marlin en 2002, donde residió hasta sus últimos días.
Catalino encontraba alegría en las cosas simples y significativas de la vida. Disfrutaba la jardinería, especialmente cuidar sus chiles y tomates con orgullo y dedicación.
Catalino fue un hombre lleno de bondad y cariño. Le gustaba cantar, reír y, sobre todo, pasar tiempo rodeado de su familia. Su presencia brindaba consuelo, y su vida dejó una huella que vivirá por generaciones.
Le sobreviven sus tres hijas, Maria Elia Osorio Bautista, Agustina Osorio Lerma y Evelia Osorio, y su hijo, Adan Osorio. También deja 22 nietos, 38 bisnietos y 2 tataranietos, además de muchos familiares y seres queridos que atesorarán su memoria para siempre.
La velación se llevará a cabo el Jueves 9 de Abril de 2026, de 5:00 p.m. a 8:00 p.m., con un Rosario a las 7:00 p.m. en Adams Funeral Home 129 Coleman St. Marlin, Texas 76661 La Misa de cuerpo presente se celebrará el Viernes 10 de Abril de 2026 a las 11:00 a.m. en La Iglesia Catolica St. Joseph 311 Oaks St. Marlin, Texas 76661

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Catalino Osorio Mondragón, a beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and great-great-grandfather, whose life was a testament to love, hard work, and devotion to his family.
Catalino was born on April 30, 1937, in Tejupilco, Estado de México, Mexico, to Pedro Osorio and Mercedes Mondragón Velázquez. On April 6, 2026, he was called to rest, leaving behind a legacy of strength, love, and resilience.
In 1972, Catalino came to the United States in search of a better future for his family. He lived in Marlin, Texas from 1976 to 1990, later residing in Waco, Texas from 1990 to 2002, before returning to Marlin in 2002, where he remained for the rest of his years.
Catalino found joy in the simple and meaningful things in life. He loved gardening, especially tending to his peppers and tomatoes with pride and care.
Catalino was a man full of warmth and heart. He loved to sing, to laugh, and most of all, to spend time surrounded by his family. His presence brought comfort, and his life created a legacy that will live on for generations.
He is survived by his three daughters, Maria Elia Osorio Bautista, Agustina Osorio Lerma, and Evelia Osorio, and his son, Adan Osorio. He also leaves behind 22 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren, along with many extended family members and loved ones who will cherish his memory forever.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with a Rosary at 7:00 PM at Adams Funeral Home
