Eva Marie Rivera

Eva Marie Rivera, 51, passed away peacefully on March 13, 2019 in Waco, Texas. Funeral Services are Tuesday 2:00 p.m. March 19, 2019 at First Baptist Church in Marlin with Pastor David Cruz officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 6:00 p. m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday March 18 at Adams Funeral Home in Marlin.

Eva is a beautiful soul who helped so many young adults at Avalon Center which she faithfully served for 20 years. She was a huge fan of the Dallas Cowboys wearing her blue and grey proudly. When Eva wasn’t watching the cowboys you could find her watching a western movie or her favorite cooking show especially the Pioneer Woman. She also had a love of gardening and playing Bingo. Though her life was short it was full of family and friends which she loved dearly.

Eva Marie Rivera was preceded in death by her grandparents Mary Salas Rivera and Cecil Rivera; her mother Annie Venegas; brothers Benjamin Davila Jr., Cecil Anthony Davila, and Jesse Harold Rivera; uncle Julian Rivera.

She is survived by father of her children Len Loa Sr.; sons Len Loa Jr (Papie), Ruben Loa and girlfriend Griselda Davila; daughter Annie Cecilia Loa (baby sister); all of Chilton Father Davie Venagas Sr. of Marlin; brothers Alex River of Dallas, Davie Venegas Jr and wife Judy of Marlin; sister Rose-Ann Espinoza and husband Guillermo Espinoza Sr. of Marlin; Aunts and Uncles Luisa Solis and her husband, Joe of Lott, Lupe Morales of Marlin , Susie Martinez of Waco, Mary Lou Stewart and her husband Jerry of Huntsville, Virginia Vargas and her husband Richard, Joe Rivera and his wife Ellena of Fort Worth; 7 grandkids Daylon Uptmore, Alyssa Uptmore, Ruben Raul Loa, Adan Loa, Abel Loa, Ava Loa, Ariyanna Loa; and numerous nieces and nephews.
