Mabel Jones, age 92, went to be with her Lord on December 27, 2014. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at Adams Funeral Home with Chaplain Gary Baxley officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.
Mrs. Jones was born on January 8, 1922 in Moore, Oklahoma to John and Bertha (Patrick) Pittman. She like to quilt, work crossword puzzles, and cooking for her family. Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her husband, Claudy A. Jones and her son, George Wayne Jones.
Survivors include her son; Claudy L. Jones of Temple, daughters; Claudette Mueller of Marlin and Pam Jones of Temple, grandchildren; Rachel Braswell of Valley Mills, Calvin Mueller, Jr. of Oklahoma, Mike Mueller of Marlin, Ricky Jones of Bryan and Kari Moore of Temple and great grandchildren; Taylor and Caleb Mueller of Oklahoma.
