Barbara Ann Livingston

Barbara Ann Carlin Livingston passed away on July 12, 2021, at the age of 86. She was a native of Cleveland, Ohio and a resident of Harvey, LA. Beloved wife of the late Daniel Francis Livingston, Sr. Loving mother of Maureen Livingston Laurent, son-in-law, Jerry Laurent, and the late Daniel F Livingston, Jr.

She was a graduate of the St. Vincent Charity School of Nursing and a devout Catholic who served as a lector and Eucharistic minister at St. John Bosco Church. She was also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Knights of Columbus Archbishop Blenk Council 1905. She loved to volunteer at Woodmere Elementary School and at Wynhoven Health Care Center. All of her life, Barbara was motivated to help people and to do the right thing. Her warm heart, soft hugs, infectious laughter and loving spirit will be greatly missed by all of those who were blessed to know her. We would like to commend Tiffany Battley for providing excellent care and companionship during the last three years.

Family and friends are welcome to attend the visitation on Thursday, July 22, 2021 beginning at 9:00am, followed by at Catholic Mass at 10:30am at Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home located at 5101 Westbank Expressway in Marrero.
