Brian stayed with me for awhile after the hurricane in Lake Charles while they tried to repair his home.  It was wonderful getting to spend that time with him. He inspired me to look deeper inTo myself.  Thank you Brian.  I will always carry a special place  in my heart for you.

I met bryan at a tough spot in my life. His confidence, kindness, big brother feel turned many heads. The cars, bodybuilding, and can do attitude were enough to show me anything is possible in life. Truly looked up to that man. He was a monument. One tough cat. Words cant do it justice the way he shined through the dark. He was real. Would not walk on eggshells or hold back. Always gave it straight. Went for an oil change that morning. He was just late is all.

I still can hear you yelling “bb” every time you would see me, always in your crazy voice you would do. You would give me the biggest hug. Your hugs were always the best and could make anyone smile. As a kid my favorite person was my uncle Brian. He was so kind hearted and always there when I needed him.  Missing you always 🤍

First meet after 15 year gap.   Total chance happening.  Glad it did.  RIP bro. 

Wow just heard the news.  Speechless.  Brian and I met back in like 1996.  We were close friends and even lived in the same apartments together for a while.  We were both speed freaks and mustang owners at the time. We eventually lost touch for like 13 years!!!.  He moved off to Lafayette and myself to Houston. Then one day ....by total chance... i was visiting my father in Sulphur. I took my dads car into a shop for a tire repair on Ruth street and whoa and behold!!!! I walk in and there stands Brian. We hung out as often as we could ever since that day.  He even met my kiddos a cpl times. One of our last hang outs was a pool day at the nugget.   We always had fun. We always loved to talk about the automotive biz.  Relationships. Life. We even discussed working together at some point.  I’ll never forget the fun times we had.  Thanks for the talks. The memories. The laughs. Cheers my friend. See you on the other side.  Lance 

It was an honor to know you and a pleasure to share so many memories over our younger years together. You were truly one of a kind and I know you will be missed by many.  None of us will ever forget the laughter, jokes you always brought (GRILL) and the shoulder you always lended to lean on! My heart is broke for your family, friends and loved ones. RIP Brian.

Brian was a great guy. Always willing to lend a hand to anyone.  Remember playing basketball with him and beating him in many games of horse. He would get so happily aggravated. Rest In Peace my friend. You will be missed by many.

Without a doubt Brian is one of the most influential, head strong and passionate people I have had the pleasure of being friends with. Almost 20 years of being friends and never a dull moment. From running from the cops in his mustang in lake Charles to having our daughter's graduate at the same time has been a experience I will never forget. Though I have never met his parents... By the way Brian carried his self and his respect for others shows he came from a awesome family. I'm deeply sorry for the loss of your son, brother, father and my friend. I pray that God will spread his love with peace over your hearts.

RIP Brian Champagne, it was a pleasure knowing you since we were kids.  You were a wonderful person and one of my brother’s best friends.  I’m sure Greg welcomed you at the gates of heaven.

Brian was such an inspiration. Always willing to lend a helping hand. He even helped me get a wheelchair cart for my service dog. He knew I needed that dog more than anything. He played a huge part of my recovery. Always knew how to crack a joke when his friends needing cheering up. Rest easy my friend. You will be missed. 

Brian was a very dear friend of mine throughout the 10 plus years that I knew him. Truth be told, he was the inspiration for my sobriety. 2 years ago I reached out to him, and just like always, he was there for me. He picked  me up and got me into rehab. Even after rehab he encouraged my sobriety and would pick me up everyday for the gym! He always gave whole heartedly to whoever and whatever endeavor he pursued. I will miss him dearly. Rest easy my friend. And save me a spot up there.

Brian was always so nice. We had fun swimming in the sand pits behind the levee, & hanging out in the neighborhood. Rest In Peace📿🕊🕇

Every time I would see my uncle Brian he would say come see kar and opened his arms so wide to give me the biggest hug and he wouldn’t let go I miss him everyday and can’t believe he’s gone I love you so much till we meet again big budda
