Cole Daniel Kampmann was born eternally sleeping on January 24, 2025. Our angel weighed 7 pounds and 15 ounces and came into the world with a head full of beautiful black hair. From his tiny button nose and his little pink lips to his cheeks that were as soft as silk, he was perfect in every way.
He is survived by his loving parents Tyler and Brittany Kampmann, his big sister Meca Kampmann, loving grandparents Rose Piazza and Steven Bernard, Karen and Robert Schouest and David Kampmann. Beloved nephew of Nanny Hailey Kampmann, Paran Alex Bernard (Ciara), Nick Schouest (Jenny) and Stephanie Pitre. As well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and family friends.
He was greeted in Heaven by his grandmother Christine Kampmann and his great-grandparents Howard and Meca Boudreaux, James and Ruth McAllister, Wilson and Shirley Bernard, Frank and Zelda Kampmann and Herbert and Carolyn Schouest.
The parents would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Ochsner Baptist. A special thanks to Dr. Sandow, Dr. Singer and Nurse Jena for their compassion and kindness.
Cole will be deeply missed by his parents and sister everyday until they are reunited.
To honor his memory, a visitation for Cole will be held Saturday, February 8, 2025 beginning at 12:30PM until service time at 3:00PM at Westside/Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA 70072.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be left for the Kampmann Family at www.westsideleitzeagan.com.
