David Peter Webb

David Peter Webb, age 59, of Lafayette, Louisiana passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2025. David was born to parents William and Genevieve Webb. He is the loving father of Tyler Webb (Kara). Loving partner of Elizabeth Wetzel and former husband of Jennifer Webb whom he has remained very close friends.

Beloved grandfather of Rosemary Webb, loving brother of Donna Webb, Deborah Webb and Michael Webb. He is also survived by nieces and nephews Nicholas, Taylor, Summer, Jaron, Michael Paul, Billy Ray. Many great nieces and nephews will also cherish his memory.

David was preceded in death by nephew Chase Guillot.

David worked all his life as a contractor. He was an avid Saints and LSU sports fan. He recently spent a long weekend in South Carolina with Tyler, Kara, Nicholas, Liza and Rosemary, to celebrate his 59th birthday, Independence Day, and Rosemary's 2nd birthday with many friends and family. David was beloved by his friends and family for his wonderful humor, positive outlook, and ability to see the good in people and make the best out of any situation.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, August 15th from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Laffite Civic Center at 4917 City Park Dr., Laffite, LA 70067.
