Beloved husband of Nicole DeBlanc Barbee.

Loving father of Justin David DeBlanc, and Henri Etienne Barbee.

Son of Patricia Ann Bankston and the late Donald Edward Barbee, Sr.

Brother of Tommie Lee Ann Hasselbeck (John), Terri Saucier Brockman (Russell), Michelle Barbee Arnold (Leo), Daniel “Danny” Barbee, Angelle Bailey Hyatt (Michael) and Marcus “Marc” Bankston (Brandy). Stepbrother of Bryan Bankston.

Maternal Grandson of the late Henry and Mildred Darcourt.

Paternal Grandson of the late Tom and Adela Gaudet Barbee LeMaitre.

Son-in-law of the late David Joseph DeBlanc, Sr. and Carolyn Borges DeBlanc

Brother-in-law of Lisa DeBlanc Buel (Ricky), Denise DeBlanc, Shawn DeBlanc Artrip (Kirk), the late David Joseph DeBlanc, Jr. and Joseph Troy Saucier, Sr.

Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends whom he loved dearly.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Mass at Center of Jesus the Lord at Our Lady of Good Counsel, 1307 Louisiana Avenue, New Orleans, LA on Friday, August 8, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Followed by a Celebration of Life gathering until 2:00 PM.
