Donnell Cantrelle Robertson

Donnell Cantrelle Robertson fought a courageous battle with cancer and passed away at home on April 6, 2011 with her loving family by her side at the age of 43. She is survived by her beloved daughter Julie Viviano and her son-in-law Charles as well as her twin granddaughters Isabelle and Gabrielle Viviano. She is also survived by her father, Robert Cantrelle and her sister, Donna Gilbert. Mourning her loss as well, are her longtime friends Darrell Higgins, Susan “Tut” Carver, as well as the law firm of Gaudin and Gaudin and The Valencia Club for which she held a special affection. She is preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Founce Cantrelle.

Donnell was a free-spirited person with many artistic talents. She loved arts and crafts, Destin and music, especially that of “The Top Cats.” However, her true devotion was to her family and friends. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Services at WESTSIDE/LEITZ-EAGAN FUNERAL HOME, 5101 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY, MARRERO, LA. Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 10, 2011 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM and again on Monday, April 11, 2011 from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM for family and 10:00 AM until 11:00 for friends. At 11:00 AM a Mass will be held in the Chapel. Burial will then follow in McDonoughville Cemetery. Condolences may be offered online at www.westsideleitzeagan.com
