Edward Gay Pattin Jr., age 76, of Harvey, Louisiana passed away on Monday, May 30, 2022. Edward was born January 31, 1946. Beloved husband of Velma Pattin for almost 51 years. Beloved father of Edward Pattin III (Lori) and Christopher Pattin (Katie). Grandfather of Gage Pattin, Claire Pattin, Connor Pattin and Lainey Watson. Son of the late Marie and Edward Pattin Sr. Brother of Claudette Davis. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends, as well as his beloved cat, Minew, and his bird, Joe.
He was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, as well as a lifetime member of Iron Workers Union Local 58.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated for Edward on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Westside/Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA 70072.
