Elizabeth “Lizzie” Marie Hess Hansel passed away on Thursday evening, January 2, 2020. She was 57 years old. Preceded in death by her husband Marvin Patrick Hansel Sr. Loving mother of Rocky Hess (Tara), Marvin Hansel Jr. (Ashlee), Rebecca Hansel, Jessica Hansel, Matthew Hansel, and the late Mark Hansel. Also urvived by her companion, Joey Ordoyne Daughter of Jean Marie Hess and Gene Roy Hess. She was a loving grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, sister, and aunt. Lizzie was a native and lifelong resident of Plaquemines Parish. She was a woman of many talents and devoted her life to caring for her family and friends.
