He is survived by his devoted wife of 15 years, Susan Foster Hill.

Angelique Hill Howell grandchildren Nancy, Abigail and the late Elvin James Hill, Jr., grandchildren Elvin, Jeremy, Christopher and Justin.

Son of Delores Pitre Hill and the late Elvin Walker Hill. Brother of Cynitha Hill Parris, Darlene Richons, Loria Hill Saucier, Norma Hill Cabral, Pam Hill Basse, Vannie Hill Mouille. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Elvin worked as an Electrician and retired. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, collecting baseball cards, but mostly spending time with his family.
