Farrell Joseph Hunter passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving family on Monday Morning, April 7, 2014. He was 85 years old. Beloved husband of the late Laura Ditcharo Hunter. Loving father of Christine D. Geiss (Ed). Grandfather of Albert S. Hymel (Jolene) and Bridget Keller (Max Bourgeois). Great-grandfather of Anthony J. Hymel and Dominick J. Hymel. Paw-Paw carrot to Madison and Mckenzie Bourgeois. Brother of Carl Hunter. Brother-in-law of Penny Keller and Bo Keller. Uncle of Nicholas Ditcharo. Son of the late Morris and Nora Hunter. He was a resident of Marrero. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Mass from St. Joachim Catholic Church, 5505 Barataria Boulevard, Marrero, on Monday Morning, April 14, 2014 at 11:00.
