Gerald John Larousse Jr.

Gerald John Larousse, Jr. entered peacefully into heaven on Monday, October 6, 2014, surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his devoted wife, Denise O’Rourke Larousse for 27 years. A loving father of Jordan A. Larousse (Justin Boudreaux), Josh L. Larousse and Jeremy J. Larousse. A proud grandfather of Hunter P. Boudreaux. His devoted pet, Sebastian. Son of Gerald John Larousse, Sr.(Brenda) and the late Marvell “Loviey” Dehon Lacoste. Brother of Jason Larousse(Christy), Lovie L. Damby (Matt) and Cheri L. Babin (Eric). He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Age 46, a native of New Orleans, LA and a lifelong resident of Terrytown, LA. Gerald worked for Auto Dynamics for over 25 years and enjoyed working on cars, spending time with his family and friends, golf, racing fast cars, riding his Harley and just enjoying life.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway.
