

He is survived by his mother, Carol Harrell-Johnson (Alvin) and his father, Gregory Michael Larkins Sr.; his sister, Syderia Larkins-Shelton (Derrick); his niece, Syndee Maria Shelton; his grandmother, Helen Harrell; and his grandfather, Leonard Larkins Sr.. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends. He is predeceased by his grandfather, Roddis Harrell Sr.; and grandmother Anna Mae Larkins.
He loved fun, excitement and adventure. He loved airplanes, roller coasters, and Halloween. He was always sharply dressed, and would never be seen in public any other way. He was free spirited and fearless. He walked through life with confidence and assurance. He attended St. Augustine High School and graduated from John F. Kennedy Senior High School in 1989. He went on to attend Southern University at New Orleans. He was a tall and handsome man who would light up a room with his charisma, sense of humor, and complementary nature. He loved his family, and friends.
A memorial service will be held in the chapel of Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, on Friday, December 30, 2022 at 11:00 AM.
