Guy Joseph Carolise went to his heavenly home on March 8, 2022 at the age of 46. He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to Nancy D. Polkey and the late Tilman J. "Toe-Joe" Carolise, Sr. Survived also by his stepfather, Stephen J. Polkey, Sr. Father of Jasmine Holbert (Samuel), Joel Hingle, Tyson Silva, TJ Carolise and Lais Carolise. Proud grandfather of Leila Holbert and Harrison Holbert. Brother of Tammy Carolise, Tilman J. Carolise, Jr., Annette Lacour (Steven), Richard Plaisance (Dorothy), Viola Franklin (Troy), Theresa Tregre (Todd) and Scott J. Plaisance (Shannon). Stepbrother of Stephanie Enclade (Rodney), Rae-Lyn Doucet (Ricky), Ida Jean Dowden, and Stephen Polkey, Jr. (Missy).
