Harriet is the beloved sister of Gary Carbo (Patricia), Barry Carbo (Helen), and Larry Carbo (Pam). Harriet will also be missed by a number of grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Harriet is preceded in death by her parents Harry Carbo, Sr., and Mary Vigreux Carbo, and her brother Harry Carbo, Jr.
Harriet loved visiting and talking with her neighbors, she loved watching the New Orleans Saints and of course spending time with her loving family.
A funeral service will be held at the Our Lady of Wisdom at 5600 General DeGaulle Drive, New Orleans, Louisiana on January 29, 2026 at 11:00AM with a visitation beginning at 9:30AM until service time.
