Hubert "Bert" Thorne Conis Jr.

He was the beloved husband of Ramona Ducote Conis; father of Hubert Thorne Conis III (Michelle) and Chrystielynn Conis; stepfather of Buddy Marziale III (Natalie); grandfather of Hayden, Jade, Aliana, Thorne, and Buddy IV; great grandfather of Annaley; son of the late Hubert Thorne Conis Sr and Dollie Hughes Conis; and brother of Iris Fulks (Dave) and the late Andrea Madere (Dennis). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was a faithful church member of Visitation of Our Lady Catholic Church, where he was active in the VOL Men's Club. He was active in the Sons of the American Legion post in Marrero. He was a hard working man, who started and grew his own company, Tiger Air and Heat, LLC. In his spare time, he enjoyed traveling and spoiling his grandchildren. He was a adamant collector of toys, gadgets, and tools.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, January 13, 2023 at 12:00 PM, at Visitation of Our Lady Catholic Church in Marrero. Visitation will begin at the church at 10:00 AM.
