Devoted wife of Danny Charles Rodriguez of 46 years and loving mother of Geoffrey Charles Rodriguez.
Daughter of the late Adeline Mae Perrin Parria and Isidore “Butz” Joseph Parria, and sister of Elaine Parria Meyer (Melvin), Kevin Parria, Mark Parria and Lisa Parria.
She is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Karen was primarily a middle school teacher for the past 13 years, most recently at Truman Middle School in Marrero and St. Ville Accelerated Academy in Harvey. She was very passionate about giving children an opportunity to learn.
