Lorina Hebert Zeringue

Lorina Hebert Zeringue joined her family in Heaven on Thursday, December 13, 2012 at the age of 84. She was the beloved wife of the late Stanley J. Delaune, Sr. by first marriage and Francis Zeringue by second marriage. She was the loving mother of Diane D. Knoxs (Byron), Loretta D. Camus (Ernest), Marilyn Delaune, Jeannie D. Enclade (Michael), Lisa Z. Shano (Wayne), Susan Z. Dufrene (Clifton), Fabian Zeringue (Sandra), the late Patsy A. Delaune, Larry A. Delaune (Fay) and Stanley J. Delaune, Jr. (the late Mary). She was the devoted grandmother of 33 grandchildren, 72 great-grandchildren and 27 great-great grandchildren. The daughter of the late Oscar Hebert and Margaret Billiot Hebert and the sister of Clifford Hebert, the late Edward Hebert, Wilbert Hebert, Mildred Hanley, Klein Hebert and Nellie Hebert. She was the God-Mother of Betty Jean Hebert and is survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Services at Westside Leitz Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until 12:00 Noon followed by a Prayer Service in the Chapel. Burial will then follow in McDonough Cemetery in Gretna, LA.
