I never know how to start writing to  someone  that I know wouldn’t respond. However it’s been too long since my last entry. Your youngest is becoming a popular rapper who’s telling his story, which is yours, essentially….His talent seems to come effortless but I couldn’t help but notice his silence that reminds me of you..always calculating …always thinking. Even his smirk reminds me of you. Your 2nd oldest would make you proud beyond your wildest imagination. She’s literally trying to save the planet one task at a time. If God had a lunch break God should listen to her ideas…and as far as your oldest…man! If only you can see him..not only did he surpass anyone’s expectations but he chartered a course of his own and since the 14yrs you’ve been gone he’s never accepted No for an answer. He’d rather question himself before he listens to someone else. I only recently heard of your passing. You and I went to grade school together at Westwego Elementary. We had the same friend. Edward Hodges, Dawn Decote, Stephanie Abadie, John Heine etc. I touched base with you in 1998, trying to contact my old Westwego friends. We talked on the phone for a short period of time but you didn't remember me. I never forgot your name. So sorry to hear what happened to such a young beautiful soul. Maybe one day when I get to heaven we will meet again and maybe you will remember me lol. R.I.P. my childhood friend.
