Pamela Ann Pitre

Pamela “Pam” Ann Amedeo Pitre entered into eternal rest on Friday, March 30. 2018 at her residence at the age of 74. Devoted wife of the late John Richard Pitre. Loving mother of Melissa Bourgeois Stoufflet (Mark), R. J. Bourgeois and step mother of Richard, Michael and Sibyl. A proud grandmother of Jessica, Mikhail, Jeremy and Alexandra (Lohan). Daughter of the late Griffen Landry Amedeo and Sebastain Amedeo. She is also survived by numerous loving cousins, and friends. She will be missed dearly by her family and all that knew her. “Pam” was a business owner of Neon Beauty Salon in Terrytown, LA, for many years and still in operation today. She enjoyed dancing, singing, writing poetry, loved her dogs and cats, entertaining friends and family, she loved to meet people. She never met a stranger. Most all she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 11:30 am at Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expy., Marrero, LA. Visitation from 9:00 am until Mass time. Interment will be private at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her honor to the Alzheimer Association, alz.org or Jefferson Parish SPCA.
