Robert “Whitey” LeBlanc joined his departed family and friends on Friday, October 8, 2010 at the age of 69. He was the beloved husband of Louise Kraemer LeBlanc for 41 years and the devoted father of Sharman Beltran and Robert A. LeBlanc, Jr. He was the loving grandfather of Gavin A. Pappas and Maren I. Beltran. He was the son of the late Lawrence Joseph LeBlanc, Sr. and Zilda Granier LeBlanc as well as the brother of Linda L. Usey, the late Beverly A. Boudreaux and Lawrence A. LeBlanc. He is also survived by numerous friends and many nieces and nephews. He was the proud proprietor of Whitey’s Seafood Restaurant and Bar in Marrero. He was one of a kind and will be sorely missed.
Relatives, friends of the family and patrons of Whitey’s are invited to attend a Memorial Service for Whitey on Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at WESTSIDE/LEITZ-EAGAN FUNERAL HOME, 5101 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY, MARRERO, LA.
