Sally Ann Dufrene, age 87, of Jean Lafitte, Louisiana passed away on Friday, January 31, 2025. Sally was born in Lafitte, Louisiana and lived many years in New Orleans, Louisiana before returning back home. Sally was born to the late Francis L. Dufrene and Victorine Touchard Dufrene. Sister of Floyd Dufrene and the late Alma Dufrene Briscoe, Gloria Dufrene Perez, Francis R. "Buddy" Dufrene, Morris Dufrene, and Chester Dufrene. Aunt of Julie Perez Horne, Vicki Perez Barquero, the late Joseph C. "Bud" Perez, Debbie Dufrene Dichiara, the late Peggy Dufrene and Ray Dufrene, Rene Dufrene, Michael Dufrene, Donna Dufrene Boudreaux, Bobby Briscoe, Terri Briscoe Kuhn, Kevin, Kirby, Cory, and Kerry Dufrene.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 in the chapel of Westside/Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway in Marrero, Louisiana. A visitation will begin at 4:00 PM and continue until the Mass time.
