Mr. Steve Joseph Danos

Steve Joseph Danos of Westwego enetered into eternal life on Thursday Morning, March 20, 2014. Beloved husband of Karen LeBlanc Danos. Loving father of Angela (Steve M.), Steve, and Joseph (Juliana) Danos. Loving grandfather of Tyler LeBeau. Son of the late Bertha Guillot and Claude Danos. Brother of Carroll Danos (Bev), Janice Danos, Rose Chauvin, Peggy Rossignol, Robert Guillot (MaryAnn), and step-brother of Dolores Adams. Son-in-law of the late Percy and Lucrecia LeBlanc. Brother-in-law of Rosie Pitre (Rod), Percy LeBlanc Jr., Douglas LeBlanc (Eve), Pam Baker (Earl Spears), and the late Ruth LeBlanc and Ronnie Baker. Also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Steve was an employee of Elmwood Fitness Center. He was a die-hard LSU fan and an avid beagle. He was past president of Westbank Beagle Club and loved raising and training beagles. He loved the outdoors and being in the woods with his dogs. He will be greatly missed by all. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial from Westside LEITZ-EAGAN, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, on Saturday Morning, March 22, 2014 at 11:00. Visitation will begin at 9:00. Entombment will follow in Gates of Heaven Mausoluem, Our Lady of Prompt Succor, Westwego.
