
Glenn was born to John Dewayne Canerday and Naomi Phillips. At the age of two, he was lovingly adopted and raised by Fred and Vinita Streeter, who nurtured and guided him throughout his life.
Glenn proudly served his country in the United States Army.
Following his military service, he built a long and dedicated career with Club Car, where he worked for 25 years before retiring. In retirement, Glenn enjoyed being an eBay trader and connecting with others through his passion for online gaming.
A man of faith, Glenn was an active member of Gracewood United Methodist Church, where he served faithfully and chaired several boards within the church community.
Glenn was preceded in death by his siblings, Randy Streeter and Warren Streeter.
He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife of 30 years, Carol Streeter; his son, Glenn Streeter Jr. (Laurie); his grandchildren, Jason, Jack, and Joshua; sister, Rita (Jim) of Illinois; his in-laws, Dale (Pattie) Bliss of Virginia; Jo Detwitler of Martinez, Georgia; Larry (Manuela )of Caniesto, New York; and Mary Wallman (Bruce) of Rochester, New York, along with many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
A Celebration of Life will be held on April 25 at 12:00 noon at Gracewood United Methodist Church, followed by a fellowship meal.
Glenn will be remembered for his service to his country, his devotion to his church, and the love he shared with his family and friends.
