Shirley was born in Coco Solo, Panama on a military base and grew to call Augusta her home. She is survived by her life partner Gary Morey, her daughter Tabatha Judy (David), her three sisters Debra Overstreet (Frank), Brenda Massenburg (David), and Sandy Peel (Wayne), two brothers Jerry Carr (Kathy) and Gary Carr (Brenda), grandchildren Nicholas Baker and Shelby Collins, great-grandchildren Adelyn Beasley and several nieces and nephews.
Service will be held Tuesday, November 7th at 3pm at Elliott Sons Funeral Home on Columbia Road in Martinez.
Pastors Randy and Mary Byrd will officiate service.
