Born on September 5, 1952 in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of the late Millard B. and Mary Godwin Weese.
Allen is survived by his wife of 45 years, Lucinda Weese; his children: Nicholas A. Weese, Adrienne R. Henry, Rebecca A. Allen, and Nathaniel J. Weese; twelve grandchildren; and his sister, Charlotte Walter.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Wilda Marie Weese.
