Born on January 1, 1999, she was the daughter of Robin Bageant (Louis Beatrice) and David Armstrong, Sr. of Harpers Ferry.
Casey was a strong-willed, fun-loving talented artist. She enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with her brother, David.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother, David Armstrong, Jr.; maternal grandparents: Ruby (Pearson) and Randy Bageant of Harpers Ferry; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents: Rosetta and George Armstrong; and paternal uncle, Michael Armstrong.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
